This is the way. And extend it to harvested ballots with the (illegal) voter’s name being written in by some criminal conspirator.

It’s not exactly easy to remove a judge just like the judicial branch has no say over deportations as that is solely an executive branch matter. Even the immigration courts fall under the executive branch, not the judicial branch.

Herein lies the real problem. Democrat volunteers/staffers filling out ballots for registered illegals and non voters

States may have a leg to stand on when it comes to hiding their data on local and State elections. But that's a different topic for a different time.
Federal Elections, however, affect everyone in the US, and the data should be finite and public. Attempts to hide, suppress or alter this data in any way, should be treason and punishable as such.
