Yeah but the problem is San Francisco and Portland?

Have you been? Going to SF relatively recently opened the frick out of my eyes.

These junkies don't just sit in a home and do drugs and then die. They don't have a home.

So they are polluting downtowns and ruining once beautiful cities. They spread and there are more and more of them.

There aren't a lot of good answers. Prohibition doesn't work that well either.

its destroying society.

Those are features, not bugs.

The complete collapse of a moral society is exactly what the elites need in order to enact their one-world government and take full control.

They have been successful in dividing us in every way possible- age, sex, nationality, skin color, political ideology, religion, economic class, IQ, education, region, upbringing, you name it. There's not a topic that hasn't yet been weaponized in a divisive way. I challenge you to find even one example of how anything at all hasn't been weaponized to pit citizen against citizen.

These people want the hunger games.

Most rich absolutely want more people. It's more workers to do the work for them and more consumers. You can't grow a lot of businesses without population growth.

Probably because they support addicts so much. Needles, food, etc.

"If you build it, they will come" definitely applies to social services for addicts and homeless.

We send the strong to die in war, then help the weak to survive despite nature working overtime to take them out of the gene pool.

was all on the libertarian "if people want to use drugs let them" bandwagon

Then places like Portland did it and they are wastelands of zombie junkies

The libertarian approach only works if you aggressively crack down on homeless people loitering and littering everywhere. If people can't keep their drug habits in check they need compulsory rehab or jail if they are breaking the law.

advertising campaign was part of an ongoing national effort by activists and health officials to destigmatize hard-drug use on the theory that doing so would lessen its harms.

So the theory is that marketing actually has the reverse affect? Gee won't the pharma industry feel silly when they realize that the billions they spend marketing every year has been reducing overall sales.

I'm sorry. No one is this stupid. This is just a cover. Who's behind this campaign? Cartels?

Problem with prohibition is it just creates more dangerous alternatives.

Humans all have an irrational side, and we are trying to solve these issues rationally. Thats probably why its not working.

I say let natural selection do what it does best.

Truth. The idea that the elites want population reduction is a red herring. More people = more power and more money.

I always laughed at drugs being described as “harmless” and dealers as “non-violent”.

Do these people and their supporters know anything about the drug trade???

It isn’t run by altruists. But it is another form of effective branding for mindless fools we have here in the States.

There are people that espouse the idea that the world would be better with fewer people sharing resources. But even most of them benefit from a growing global population. So their opinions are misaligned with their personal financial interests. If course it helps when you're so rich it doesn't matter.

Social engineers absolutely want fewer people.

No doubt they espouse all sort of things they wouldn’t actually implement if given the chance.

Are people choosing to do fentanyl?

I thought it was getting subbed for heroin and stuff.

This is a genie that is going to be difficult to put back in the bottle. The death toll will have to increase exponentially and powerful people will need to feel the effects of it before anything will start happening.
