Aren’t riots already illegal?

They're clarifying what constitutes a riot, cranking up the penalties for offenses and making it difficult to impossible for local governments to adopt their permissive attitude toward riots.

Not sure if anyone else is noticing but it sure seems like there is movement by the states to separate themselves policy wise from the fed. I for one would welcome stronger states rights and give a big ole middle finger to the thief in chief and his whore

Awesome!

Government is actually going to let you LEGALLY keep from being killed.

You 2024 dreamers better prepare to skyscream when fraud wins again - as you hold your own nutsacks with your calloused overworked middle class hands for comfort

Blue boy - you are being an minion chode sniffer

You should know better

This “law” will be precedent to shut down ANY protest in the future

Think 10 steps ahead

If the EXISTING law were upheld there would be ZERO problems

So what is the ACTUAL problem? Corruption

We have to fix that first because, if not, every new bill will just be...corrupted

You're being a defeatist fig. "Just give up! Dominion!" Jesus, just shoot yourself man.

WRONG. People were arrested, and they were immediately bailed out. There were no consequences, as per existing law. Now, in Florida, they can't do that anymore. Also, the heightened penalties are more of a deterrent.

I don't know if you're just trolling or what, but you're looking alike an idiot here.

. Yep! I could hear it as I turned onto 319 South heading into work.
