Untrue. If a federal judge has issued a ruling, you abide by it and appeal it to the higher court. You do not ignore it, regardless of whether you think the judge is an idiot overstepping his boundaries.

Do you really believe that Americans who reject "fundamental change" to the SPIRIT of the Constitution were just going to stand by and let our Borders be opened and an invasion of immigrant voters come on in, with full subsidies as bribes, and vote out our Constitution, reshape our Culture, ransack our Treasury, demean our Heritage and nullify our God given Rights? And/or that a handful of people in black robes who DESPISE the Constitutional would engineer this with no pushback?
Those Marxist Judges had better get back on the Constitutional straight and narrow, or things are going to get a lot worse for them. And likely all of us.
