Are you aware of the ramifications of having two people from the same state on the ticket?

DeSantis would be the best no doubt.

It may beeter for him to be at arms length. We need RDS for 28 and 32.

No sense in Rob catching blowback when the media goes after Trump.

DeSantis makes the least sense, dumbass. He’s exactly like Trump just in a different and often times weirder suit. He brings nothing new to the ticket that will ease the minds of on the fence white women. Trump needs to pick someone who will relax concerns that the middle independents have of him and DeSantis does nothing for that.

Does anyone really? Is it even meaningful in the current electoral framework? Like, what does it even mean if a VP doesn’t have “electors”? Would Trump be forced take Kamala?

Bush and Cheney got around it, but its really not worth it.

What Trump can get from Desantis, he can get by having Desantis fundraise for him and appear in red states.

Trump needs a moderate from a swing state.

White women in Florida voted for DeSantis 51%-47% in 2018.

In 2022 after watching him for 4 years white women voted for him 58%-40%.

No need for Trump to select a globalist RINO Bush-wannabe cuck like Meatball Ron.

I like the idea of DeSantis as Veep. I like the idea of him being the future. I think he’d be the Two in the One-Two punch the party needs in order to change. Trump is moving the GOP in spirit to America First. DeSantis is implementing actual changes in law and policy at the ground level.

much more interested about what an uninterrupted Ken Paxton AG office can do.

Good governor should stay governor, finish his term.
You can't have any Presidency if you don't finish your Governorship.

Good governors and state AGs should all stay where they are, they'll be needed.

If you think about it.. Trump and DeSantis were both actually pretty cordial to each other during the election.

The only things trump really bashed desantis about was his shoes and stupid petty things. I think that was part of their plan the entire time

That's just a complete lie.

Most of us Desantis supporters voted for Trump both times, and will vote for him again. Myself included. I think we need both.

You are letting the paid trolls on this board fog up your thinking.

FLORIDA white women voted that way. What about the white women of Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania? Totally different cultures and mindsets up there. What about Nevada and Arizona? Very different than Florida. DeSantis is widely known nationwide for being Trump-lite and that’s not going to help Trump’s ticket. In my opinion, if Trump picks DeSantis it will be the nail in his coffin. It’s bad enough that mail in voting is already closing the coffin before it’s even on display.

DeSantis would be a poor choice. He may be independent at the state level, but at the federal level he will be controlled. Besides that, he brings as much energy, that motivates people to vote for you, as Jeb had. I mean Haley beat him.

This fall DeSantis, should be covering the debates on fox.

"At the Federal level" he voted against numerous Omnibus spending bills, had a 90%+ conservative rating, and voted against Amnesty and other things that the establishment tried to get through. He voted against the Dems at almost 100%, and voted against his own party on numerous occasions on "establishment issues".

Ok, I guess I missed the part where you’re talking VP. I thought you still were pushing Desantis for president. Misleading title and I didn’t read the whole book before I responded. My apologies
