Because we let people without real skin in the game vote.

100% agree

He’s been phenomenal, needs to have a larger role within our country.

What's the criticism of his platform? (Just curious)

The left hates him. To them he's a fascist, because of his laws regarding anti DEI and CRT in schools. His efforts against drag queen strip shows. His efforts to keep adult materials out of libraries. His war with Disney.
Basically anything he does to to try to clean things up, and keep the degeneracy away from kids, they hate him for.
Shipping illegals to Chicago, NYC, and other sanctuary areas, they hate him for that too.

If Desantis was the GOP candidate, the left would be screeching about how he’s also fascist racist Hitler etc. They’re going to treat every GOP candidate the exact same way from here on out.

Absolutely.
They are doing it with down vote and local candidates now too.
Anybody with an R behind their name is demonized.

Projection. In most cases they are what they accuse of.

He would do well as FEMA Director. He could clean up the mess and get it focused on its mission of helping people after disasters.

Yes. He's done in early '27

Yes, we are losing Gov Mike Parson this year in MO because of term limit. He's done a great job, and listens to what people write in to him about.
I wrote him about the problems with the laws about us not being able to defend ourselves on public transit.
He's tried to get that repealed twice since.

He is threatening to criminally charge TV stations that run commercials that are against anti- abortion.

How can he not recognize how ignorant that is. He is a imbecile.

Walz allowed 8 babies to be killed in Minnesota post birth after failed abortions. You idiot Democrats trotted out 2 people who are for killing babies after they are born, lol. Desantis is fine.

Tex, why in the 50 years after Roe v Wade did liberals never codify it into law legislatively if abortion is such a sure fire winner at the polls?

Did Trump have a lobbyist for the Russian government as his campaign manager?

Did his campaign manager have regular communication with an officer in Russian intelligence by encripted emails??

Yes. He just ran at the wrong time. He should have supported Trump from the get go. He would have had a way better chance of securing 2028. Now the field is going to be super crowded. Plus DeSantis was surrounding himself with RINO's and NeoCons. Not a good look.

Orange the great deserves all the praise

Would never agree with texdiddler on anything but his abortion stance would have meant doom for his Prez run despite that upsetting this board

Vance’s political career is over in November. Joining that ticket was career suicide.

This is of course not what is happening.

Edit: For those that do not know, one of these pro Amendment 4 groups started running an ad claiming that certain text was in the bill that is 100% not in the bill at all, if I recall

They were rightly told that they could not run an ad that blatantly lies about the text of a Constitutional Amendment and pulled the ads.
