Thanks for posting. Alpha News has been on top of this from the beginning.
Good legal arguments. Unfortunately, they will be decided by Minnesota judges.
Trump should pardon Chauvin for the federal convictions.

I never understood how he was convicted of killing him when the autopsy said his death was due to a drug overdose.
That is because the autopsy did not say he died due to a drug overdose. The autopsy said he died due to "CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION"
LINK
Meaning he died of a heart attack caused by law enforcement subduing, restraining, and applying pressure to his neck.
I think where people get bad information/confused is that the defense got the medical examiner to say (I am not sure if it was at trial or somewhere else) that if Floyd were found dead in his home with the drugs in his blood that he had the day he died then it would be [possible, likely??] that drugs killed him. In other words, there were enough drugs in him to cause death, but that is not what actually caused his death.

What was the tax evasion? He was a beat cop earning a W2.

Chauvin didn't apply pressure to Floyd's neck. That was a false narrative pushed by media.

There’s so much you’re missing. It’s not totally your fault as this narrative was by design, but there’s definitely more truth out there now to still be believing this in 2026.

Did they ever find the source for the fake $10 note?

Yep
Chauvin was the patsy for 2020 woke justice
He was never going to get a fair trial. Too much threat of even more unrest had he been found not guilty . Jurors would’ve been doxed and threatened and probably harmed. They had to convict him for their own safety
And also, all GF had to do was comply. But instead he was a wiggle worm in the backseat of the cop car and wouldn’t stay upright. He was in a crisis mode. chauvin happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time

Everyone involved in this intentional miscarriage of justice should be in jail.

I am not missing anything about what the autopsy said - which is all I have commented on. how do you know what I am missing off of that? Very clearly, I am right on it, it is in plain English.

That's not at all what it states. You're reading the title of the document.
It clearly states:
George Floyd 20-3700
Page 2
III. No life-threatening injuries identified
A. No facial, oral mucosal, or conjunctival petechiae
B. No injuries of anterior muscles of neck or laryngeal structures

Cause of death as determined by the Medical Examiner is the title. That is also what the medical examiner testified to at trial.
I am not saying the medical examiner is correct. I was responding to the claim that the autopsy stated Floyd's death was due to a drug overdose - that is clearly false.

Who gets out 1st. This police man or the Anthony that killed at the high school track event ?

Why not instead you show me the part of the autopsy that says George Floyd's cause of death was a drug overdose?

That's not the debate. You inferred it was due to an injury from the police. It wasn't, and it doesn't state that.
However it attributes his death due to injury via police as much as it does to an overdose. Which is not at all.

Is there any information about the inmate that stabbed him? Did he go to trial? Was he charged?
If he has a life sentence, he probably doesn't give a shite, therefore IMO, he should be in solitary or executed. Problem solved.

I did not infer anything. Nothing. I simply stated what the autopsy said: "CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION"
That is the cause of death as determined by the county medical examiner.
