there were enough drugs in him to cause death, but that is not what actually caused his death.
Do you realize he was exhibiting symptoms of an overdose prior to any physical contact with ANY police officers on scene? He was having difficulty breathing and foaming at the mouth. Nobody was even touching him yet.

Sure you did.
And you're once again, quoting the heading of the report as opposed to its contents.

The headline is the medical examiner's cause of death. What do you think it is?

The actual physical and laboratory findings of the autopsy do NOT support the coroner’s conclusions. Therefore it appears to be a politically motivated finding on the cause of death.

Murder is objectively absurd, it was either manslaughter or nothing. I vote nothing. He arrested a man overdosing.

I don't know how any of this would impact his federal charges, which he pleaded guilty to. The plea was entered on two cases, not just the Floyd case but one from earlier. The federal sentence was slightly shorter than his state sentence, so there is that.
He will get a pardon on Trump’s way out on the federal charges, as he should.

As he should; it was an illegal hit job on a police officer doing his job. Thug was on drugs that actually killed him.
