UPVOTE : NOT GUILTY
DOWNVOTE : GUILTY
If guilty, specify charge below and comments welcome:
(1) 2nd degree unintentional murder
(2) 3rd degree murder
(3) 2nd degree manslaughter
I say guilty, (3) 2nd degree manslaughter, but would not be surprised if he is acquitted, as it takes ALL 12 jurors to convict, gonna be interesting.....could be a hung jury?

Hung jury is my guess, but he GF's family can now buy all of the liquor they want from the top shelf!

Any other court in the world he walks, but since it’s Minnesota they’ll convict him on something. It won’t be enough to appease the leftist shitheads and whatever is left up there will burn

Manslaughter or hung jury because the judge is a scumbag and did not facilitate a fair trial
Hard to imagine a jury unanimously deciding on acquittal, but also it seems like a stretch they would get him on murder

Guilty #1. It's not justified by the evidence but this jury pool is part of the constituency that elected their politicians.

1) I would be satisfied with a "guilty" verdict for any one of the 3 levels of homicide in this case, as evidence BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT indicates that is the correct and just verdict.
2) I fear acquittal is more likely, however. That is neither just nor correct, and can only lead to systemic social unrest in large metropolitan areas throughout the land.

Guilty. No way given all of the threats of rioting will he be acquitted. Not a chance.

The jury will convict of him of 1 or 2 because they haven't been sequestered and because of fear of what will happen if he isn't convicted. This trial is proof that the American justice system is a farce and the judiciary is as compromised as the other two branches.

a preponderance of evidence indicates that is the correct

All it takes is one brave juror for it to be a hung jury.

No way the jury doesn't convict him.

It should be called a mistrial based on public statements from elected officials calling for insurrection if he's not found guilty.
