4,100 employees (I assume in the DC area for the most part).
79 billion budget.
Avg of over 19 million per employee.
Where is this money going?

I will make our test scores drop at the same rate for half that amount.

Laundering just like the rest of our tax dollars.

Let's the bidding war start. I am sure someone will ask only a millionth of your price with the same quality of service.

They basically control a bunch of money and give it to states as long as they meet DEI and other bullshite initiatives.

The test score drop is just the change in demographics.
We should absolutely get rid of the Department of Education though.

We put a man on the moon with engineers and scientists, many of whom were educated in one-room school houses.

So if 170 million actually pay taxes, that is $450+ per taxpayer that goes to Washington to be washed.

Well, it’s supposed to be going to state where they have gaps
I have a school teacher in my family and she says they need it in Evansville Indiana because they don’t have enough money raised in the state because of lower housing so they need the federal money
Do We need 4100 employees to give away that many billions?
Posted on 2/12/25 at 8:50 pm to BHTiger
Yes…and to a shite load of contractors that do a bunch of useless data gathering for the federal govt or teach the school districts about whiteness and gender equality.
Posted on 2/12/25 at 8:55 pm to BHTiger
The DOE should just distribute funds. I’m not bothered by that ratio. Increase it by lowering the number of employees.
And stop issuing guidance on DEI bullshite.

You should tell her that Indiana receives a lower % of total funding from Federal sources than other states.

So the Feds are just going to launder money to the States? If that’s the case, then get rid of all the funds and let States raise their own money.

Student loans.
That is a “rounding error” when it comes to student loans.

Yeah, but how many genders were there then sporto?
It takes billions with a B to make you understand that a woman can have a huge set of testicles and a penis.
You are literally Hitler if you think the federal government might be wasting some of your tax money.
