Dems leak their rebuttal memo to NBC; NBC actually publishes it

No fricks were given by NBC that this memo has not yet gone through proper channels and been approved for release.
ALL THAT MATTERS is that the Dems must be protected from scrutiny by the public.
So the Dems leak it to NBC and NBC says, journalistic ethics? What's that? Concern for the nation? LOL
Good God, the MSM have become full-blown enemies of the American people.

Democratic rebuttal calls Nunes memo ‘deliberately misleading’
WASHINGTON — A top House Democrat is challenging the core conclusion of the memo released by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes on Friday, calling the allegation that the Justice Department and FBI withheld key details as they sought a secret surveillance warrant on former Trump adviser Carter Page “deliberately misleading and deeply wrong on the law.”
NBC News has exclusively obtained a six-page rebuttal to the Nunes memo from Rep. Jerry Nadler of New York, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, which was to be circulated to all House Democrats on Saturday.

That Steele’s expertise on Russia and organized crime would have outweighed any concerns a FISA court would have had about the funding of Steele’s work by partisan actors — funding sources that Steele may not have even known about.
This is just fricking dumb.

It’s no longer media.
Journalism in the US has become a propaganda arm of the left.
Not even worth getting upset about anymore.
And all of you who post the “Ha ha, look what Don Lemon/Morning Joe/Wolf Blitzer said” threads contribute to it.

1) How in the actual frick could anyone know this?
2) The Democrats are so stupid that they do not seem to realize that they confirm Nunes’s point that all they used was this Piss Dossier. Where Nunes implies nor states any motivations for withholding the info from the court, the Democrats just decide to say, don’t worry, their intentions were noble, and this FIRED informant - would have been per se acceptable to a court.

I doubt if the Left will resurrect their panicked cries of how releasing the memo will destroy democracy.

DNC leaks and MSM swallows.
It’s a story as old as the 1950s.

What an absolutely bizarre time to leak this.

These sumbitches continue to think they are above the law, they went around it to start all this FiSA shite at the FBI and now they cant even follow procedures in Congress. This is the second leak by the Dems in the last month. Remember Feinstein had a cold and leaked other info to the press. Time to charge these frickers for leaking.

NYT had it yesterday and yet the HIC and other House members were never allowed to review it...

If this is true, that was still classified information wasn’t it?
Posted on 2/3/18 at 6:42 pm to L.A.
So they released classified documents and nothing will be done?
Are Democrats the most pathetically inept group of people on the planet at protecting classified data?

Dems. Above the law. Why go through legal proceedings to get shite released, when they can just leak it? Smh

I mean they basically argue their iinterpretation of th facts set forth by Nunes (who stated no interpretation).
They are CONCEDING that the memo is accurate. They are just saying they don’t like it. This is breathtaking.

Yes it was classified if true. It would have to go through the same process as the Majority memo.

Steele hadn't been able to travel in Russia for years and he didn't speak Russian. They had to bring on Nellie Ohr and others to gin up some Russian contacts and dirt.
