Dems invoking the 14th Amendment could be the Civil War Trigger

Not engaging in fear porn, but I could envision a scenario where this happens. And the tipping point would be the Supreme Court's reaction and the Democrats strategy regarding that.
Suppose the 14th is invoked and the Democrats either ignore a Supreme Court decision forcing the ratification of the election of Trump, or the Supreme Court is somehow prevented or coherence from ruling on the matter.
The court has already ruled on Trump's eligibility to run, and therefore his eligibility to serve. A failure to certify on 14th amendment grounds would challenge their authority and trigger the court to convene in order to clarify and enforce their position
If you recall the 2022 contoveries over security around Justices homes and the subsequent deployment of US Marshalls to their homes in a temporary basis (per Merritt Garland), then it is easy to envision conditions where the court could not, or would not convene during any tumultuous or violent post January 6 period
Convening under such high-pressure circumstances would come with significant challenges. The Court's ability to deliberate effectively could be strained by security threats, public unrest, or political coercion, especially given the potential for widespread controversy surrounding the issue. Any ruling the Court would make could also have profound political implications, influencing public trust in the judiciary and impacting the stability of governance.
Such a divide would complicate national governance, including the enactment of laws, federal appointments, and military command.
State governors could potentially use state-controlled resources, like the National Guard, to assert their stance.
The risk of conflicting orders—such as a directive from an acting president versus Congressional resolutions or alternative executive claims—could create operational paralysis or force military leaders to make decisive choices on allegiance.
And there you have it. Civil War.
Let's pray the Congress would not do this. Remember, the COURT has already ruled on Trump's eligibility to serve. By invoking the 14th, the Congress would be defying that ruling.

A lot of people have begun to see the light on how destructive and anti-American the Democratic Party has become, along with several key co-conspirators in the Republican Party.
I'm not sure the Democrats could whip up and sustain enough support for any type of civil unrest. I think that ended when the cost of food, housing, etc exploded under Dem leadership. All the inflation numbers are wrong and you see that when you go to the grocery store. A lot of people are struggling and they see the American Dream as fiction, rather than a goal, and they understand that was primarily caused by Democrats.

They can't just walk into congress and say 14th amendment Some sort of vote would have to take place. As long as the house is republican, that isn't happening.

If they were to try that, it would be an even bigger boost for Trump than was the attempted assassination (the one where he was shot).

The Dem-run Institutions have impeached on fraudulent evidence, kicked in the door at 3am and convicted Trump of a Felony with a jury of partisan morons and the Secret Service has left the door wide open for an assassination which only missed by a 1/4 inch. They imported via millions of military age men who are sociopathic Islamists and highly trained CCP Ops with an ability to take out our Grid in the space of a day. They are now gas lighting the same moronic masses full well knowing that if Trump tries to deport said immigrants, all they have to do via their corrupt MSM is to strike the match and blame it all on the 'dictatorial' Trump.
The real and only reason they won't is that they are not SURE who wins in the long run. Given the extraordinary violence and pain that such a scenario would cause, there would be revenge impassioned witchhunts and massive vigilante and public sanctioned executions, with the "just taking orders" excuse falling on deaf ears.
I can't predict just how far the Left goes having sewn their TDS through the populous but given their ruthless and utterly stupid actions up to this point, nothing they do would surprise me. I don't see how we get to a "civil war". There are no lines in the sand. No organization. No flags. No colors.
