Or he could determine and say that the essence of this whole sordid 'Impeachment' scenario, is a criminal conspiracy (Coup) and that the evidence - if all is presented - will back up that assertion.
He will therein issue Subpoenas for Witnesses and Evidence, and pledge for FULL transparency via a Public Trial. And Trump will be accorded all the Legal Rights that a Defendant is entitled to.
McConnell should go ahead and state his intent to do so. Watch the Dems choke...and run for cover. A full showing of ALL the evidence, and under-oath testimony from ALL (Obama, being "the Top") at the fore.

Such a sham. This isn't the way it works. Do the dems really believe they will be seen as above board on this?(no, and they don't care) That's how bad they want Trump out. That is a dangerous move. If it is made, we have an oligarchy that needs to be removed - which will be much, much, worse.
