While here we have members of the executive and legislative branch with corporate media's assistance telling the whole country that the judicial branch is illegitimate simply because they didn't like how they ruled.

They, unlike the rednecks at the Capital, have real power. They can make laws, change legislating rules, assign judges, control the military, control intelligence and law enforcement agencies etc. They can trample our rights very easily if we aren't careful.

Now they want to pack the court, eliminate the Electoral College, add new states exclusively to gain more members in Congress and are calling for violence in the streets. This all, if implemented, would render our constitutional republic unrecognizable.

So yeah. This is much worse because it's 2 branches attacking the other. They are mini dictators who are willing to trash our system for the exclusive purpose of consolidating power. They don't think you or I should have any say. Only them.

Who is more dangerous? 2 of the branches of government who can make laws and use intelligence and law enforcement agencies to incarcerate citizens indefinitely without due process or the redneck MAGA hat guy with the Gadsden flag? Are you fricking serious?

As much as it pains me to say it, I truly believe that people like Nancy fully realize they've got a tiger by the tail, said tiger created by the Dem party that they can't let go of because it will go too fricking far to the left of the outer fringes of society and it will cause the entire country to become engulfed in rebellion and it won't be able to be stopped.

Nancy knows this. So do Joe Manchin, Kristen Sinema and maybe more Dems than we know... they are well aware how this thing, this anger and hate they've created, this "thing" that the Dems have created is barely controllable and if they abolish the filibuster, then this “tiger" that, by the way, has been coddled, nurtured, babied, helicoptered over and told throughout its entire existence that it always deserves a prize, this thing is not going to accept anything other than EVERYTHING because "the government should just print money and give it to everyone", except... not to MAGA people. No, they hate and despise anyone that doesn't bow down to the almighty and most benevolent government. MAGA? They either want to kill you if you voted for or supported Donald Trump, or, at the very least, brand you as an insurrectionist and deny you a job, loans, your credit and force you from your home. They'll strip you of your rights with a gleeful and malevolent smile as you suffer.

So, in my own way of saying so, Manchin won't give away the filibuster UNLESS someone in his close family is isolated and under threat. Now, with what we know already about this "thing" that the Dems can barely control, should we also believe the loonies aren't up to the task of using the type of intimidation we often see in movies? We accept it can happen in movies and TV shows. We accept it because deep down, we all feel like push come to shove, it all boils down to kill or be killed. And there are people stupid/crazy/fricking serious enough about their unhappiness with the white, straight and great society status quo, and who believe that the end always justifies the means, I believe those people can do it. Manchin and Sinema better both have excellent security around them. There's some seriously radical shite going on behind the scenes. I've never seen such a threat to the democracy and freedoms of the USA as I'm witnessing now.

One final point to make: the loons on the far left? They have no fricking idea what they will face if they try to believe they can take on the right. It's people that were raised by an abortion anytime society that looked around, saw they are in this world as a roll of the dice because they were raised by their mom, the same person who had three abortions. Think how fragile many of them are, growing up knowing that they were just in this world because they were lucky, unlike their three brothers or sisters that their mom had cut into pieces and sucked up into a vacuum. Jesus, I would hate to know that my mom had abortions. I just would. That's probably why so many of these fringe leftist have this pent up anger. They realize that they'll never mean more to their own moms than just a big clump of cells that she was too stoned/drunk/lazy to do anything about.

They hate you because you belong and they don't feel like they belong to anything except themselves and their friends who also only care for themselves. After the first wave, when the fascist zealots take on massive losses, the rest will stay home. They're pushing for it to happen. You'd have to be an idiot not to see it.
