Politico: House Democrats issue subpoenas for Trump's tax returns
I think this will only help Trump. I love the fact they try to say its to test automatic procedures of auditing Presidents but I dont remember this about GWB or Obama. Why not see where all their money after office comes from. That sounds like a good audit.

They said they would focus on healthcare, education, etc and try to pass legislation beneficial to America
Yet, nearly 100% of their focus has been on harassing trump’s private info, which doesn’t benefit a single American in anyway

Seems to me like a subpoena should require some known fact that gives them reason to suspect that a crime has been committed otherwise, they are just fishing. The IRS has the returns. It should be their responsibility to determine if tax laws were broken. Surely the courts would side with Trump on this one.
