Democrats on the verge of insanity

At the end of the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln pardoned all of the southern population. That resulted in the southern states reoccupying their seats in Congress. In the first action the 13th Amendment was passed. Then a curious thing occurred. Immediately every southern state seat was closed again. To reoccupy that seat meant the Senator or Representative had to swear allegiance to the Union and guarantee a yes vote for the 14th Amendment. The Union was having trouble with the 14th Amendment and could not ratify without the southern seats. The problem with the 14th Amendment is that California, Arizona and states that initially agreed to Amendment, now wanted their vote changed to no. because of the seats being vacated. then a forced yes vote to ratify by the Representatives of each state. . Hence in some historic circles the 14th Amendment is considered illegally added to the Constitution.
Democrats in Congress are considering using the 14th Amendment to vacate every seat occupied by a Republican Senator or Representative that sided with Trump.
This union will break apart when states are told their Representatives are being removed from Office. That action will deemed no representation. The Federal Government declaring war on the states that considered challenging the vote.
