Also pointing out how they held the impeachment until Dems got control of the senate. Held evidence so it couldn't be reviewed by the defense. Blatantly doctored documents and even put the wrong date on it. Those alone would have a judge chew out a district attorney that tried such shenanigans.

I suppose you can employ that argument/insult, but it really has nothing to do with the evidence his team is putting on. The current defense seems to be "you cannot impeach Trump because other people have sometimes done bad things."
