People whose entire worldview is based on personal responsibility support policies that require people to take responsibility for their actions? No way!

It is flat out fricking insane that we view partial birth abortion as a woman's right in this country

“Most” does not equal all so you are a ok with a certain amount of birder for convenience? How many a year? And with modern medicine that is obvious before 9 months.

So not true. 3rd trimester abortion is illegal in the 3rd trimester, unless the mother’s life is in immediate danger. Mr. Jones upholds the law of the land, unlike his opponent who has been removed from the bench twice. Mr Moore does uphold the molestation of underage women.

Thats his words. Are you saying he didnt say that?

one doesn't have to be pro handouts for bums to be pro life. You won't comprehend that.

So by your logic bitching and moaning about gov programs (and waste inherent to that system) is = to the positive action of telling a doctor to take apart a life inside of the mother and the vacuum it out?

You are recycling a tired talking point. If you are going to use the “pro-life until” quip at least shoot for something defensible like the death penalty.

not a premise... Its the law, no different than a tumor on the mother's belly
You weren't speaking of the law in your first post. You were talking about people butting out of the business of the mother and the doctor, at least that's how it came across to me.

When you say the unborn child is "no different than a tumor on the mother's belly", are you talking about legally or ontologically?

Only if the unborn child isn't actually a human being and alive.

By the time a woman even knows she's pregnant, the child is biologically human and has all the necessary tools to be born and to grown up into you and me. The only thing it needs is continual sustenance for its growth and development, just like you and I need.

should be legally. The woman's rights come first
So if it is accepted (for argument's sake) that the unborn child is a human being and alive, that it shouldn't have any rights because of its residence inside its mother?

Are you supporting abortion just because it is currently legal?

Roy Moore just won.

As a libertarian my question to the pro life crowd is this--when are the rights of the child to be protected??

I do not buy this argument that somehow passage through the birth canal somehow creates civil rights. The child should be protected from the get go. The mother's right to choose does not supersede those of the child's right to live.
