Substitute "Systematic Racism" for DEI..

Maybe it’s because the power point doesn’t explicitly say DEI at the top of each slide.

I mean, I actually think she's just a liar.

Not saying she isn't obviously dumb as well, I just don't think she's being the least bit honest in what she says.

Pretend-racism is an HUGE industry in this country.

And it has been for well over a century.

Democrats/Marxists FEAR the thought of a world without racism as it renders them completely powerless.

The race-baiters absolutely do. I think there is another class out there though, one which was brought up being enamored with the "fighting evil" theme of the Civil Rights Era every bit as much as young people of that era were enamored with the "fighting evil" theme of the WW2 era.

It's hard to fight dragons when all the dragons have already been killed, people that make their money teaching people to fear and fight dragons thus have to create dragons by renaming other things as "dragons" in order to keep getting paid.

As we saw with COVID, there are a lot of people out there willing to fight for what is right, but many of them also want to just be told what to believe is right.

So we get a class of people willing to carve out a niche for themselves by stoking flames and claiming it comes from dragons, and another class who so desperately want to feel that they are brave, moral dragon-fighters that they'll jump on any spark in the fear/hopes it is an actual dragon.

Eh. It probably does, actually.

Louisiana Department of Health
quote:

In January 2019, the Louisiana Department of Health created the Office of Community Partnerships & Health Equity. This office is focused on health equity and ensuring LDH’s services are equitably accessible and informed by the people, populations and communities it serves. Health equity means every person in a community has a fair and just opportunity to reach their full health potential. The Office of Community Partnerships and Health Equity team is developing and implementing agency-wide health equity plans, protocols, and tools that support the implementation of health equity (and community engagement) practices and standards agency-wide within LDH.

Education has an office dedicated to it

This is such a weasel argument. The actual term doesn't have to be used, and you and yours don't have to hear it for the standards to be used. Although, any foray into HR will include encountering this term.

The same goes for CRT. The kids' textbooks and teachers' lesson plans don't have to mention that term for its tenets to be applied.

DEI comes from power hungry authoritarians in Govt/Big corporations seeking to divide people and it’s a tool used to cut off access to capital or hurt competing businesses. Media is happy to oblige in spreading the propaganda to create a culture of white guilt among a percentage of the white population which has declined as total percentage of US population. You only need 30 or so percent of whites to buy into it since all minorities will go along with it because it benefits them.

It gets govt votes and big corporations use it to stamp out smaller competing companies who can’t afford a bunch of token diversity positions by using social media to attack those companies lack of diversity, leading to less business or capital investment

Yes, I hear about it and it’s part of conversation fairly regularly.

like saying people have been conditioned to believe in gravity.

bullshite - gravity is obvious to any sentient being, and even single cell organisms cope with it just fine.

DEI is a piece of made up bullshite to cover for ages of other made up bullshite that has all failed spectacularly - the only response the democrats have is to rinse and repeat the same bullshite under an new pseudonym.

DEI is just the latest alphabet soup to slop over onto the public awareness.

it is all pure bullshite - a cover up attempt to hide the one unmistakeable fact ===> DEMOCRATS HAVE NO LOGICAL CAPACITY --- all they have is a mentality chained to 'getting even' with whoever is currently achieving the successes they can only dream of.

The current cadre of democrat officials must be identified - mocked into oblivion - sent to rest homes - removed from any duty or responsibility - and any of them who have achieved any monetary success thru their grift must be stripped of all their filthy lucre and condemned to a poor house for the rest of their miserable lives.

And welcome to any of them who have retained any sense of decency and/or morality if they abjectly detach from all this nonsensical farce that has come close to destroying the greatest civilization to ever be established.

Are you a professional? If not, then no, you probably have never heard it before. If you are, then you likely deal with it or have friends/family that have to deal with it.

And you let me know the next time you see a doctor or go on a flight, that you'd rather have the DEI candidate operate on you, or fly your plane.
