I just drove by the Capitol Building last month and the fence was still up. They probably took down a link just so they could make this claim about putting it back up.

If you attend the rally, film everything and everyone and continually upload it to an offsite storage so that the footage can't be confiscated and "lost".
Also, if you see someone who looks particularly "aggressive" and acts as if they are trying to recruit people to violence, film them, it might be your local, friendly FBI Agent.
