Cullman, AL was a sundown town. There’s also no black people there at all. One of the safest places in America, no crime at all.

Not sure if it's still the way that it used to be. Haven't been there for 10 years or more.
El Dorado Springs, Missouri. The unofficial town motto was "The sun shall not shine twice on a nig**r's asss in El Dorado Springs.
Several other towns in the area were similar.
