Haven’t you been paying attention? Everyone working at State is eaten up with TDS and are actively trying to block him from implementing his policies. Every single previous POTUS would have fired everyone working there by now.
All of these career bureaucrats & politicians believe that being a lifer should be added to the Constitution as a prerequisite to running for POTUS. They want to make sure that no other successful business man tries to serve the nation ever again.
Trump comes from the real world where you have to be productive to survive so he doesn’t have time for their “proper channels”. They think it requires 10 people, each with 3-4 staff to relay a message to someone.

Good grief! Rudy was Trump's Lawyer; Deep Staters were trying to do to Trump what they did to Manafort, Flynn, Stone, et al. The evidence is there, Dems know it, Deep State trying to deep six it...Trump sends Rudy to get it.
It's coming. The Records of where all the money went are there. The Dems have about 2 weeks of dog and pony left...and then the real show begins. Been a long time coming...but is timed just right for '20 election.

Unfortunately the problem is you can't just fire most of these career people. They detest Trump and will do anything to bring him and anyone that is on his side down and will bring America down in the process.

Rudy and his buddies Parnas and Fruman were traveling around Europe trying to influence Ukrainian presidents, first Poroshenko and then Zelensky, to investigate Biden and Ukrainian interference into the 2016 election.

Rudy was Trumps defense attorney while Muller was trying to find out that Fusion GPS is not a drink.
Ukraine had been trying to give the State Dept info which showed Ukraine helped the DNC during the 1026 election; however, the State Dept kept turning them away.
Trump can not trust many bureaucrats. He has to go around them. He really needs to fire everyone he does not trust.

Gathering evidence? Don't you mean manufacturing evidence.
Giuliani got Ukrainian prosecutor Shokin to give an affidavit in the extradition trial of Ukraine oligarch Firtash to support his fight against extradited to the U.S to face a federal extortion charge.
The Shokin affidavit just happened to allege that Biden had forced him out as Prosecutor General of Ukraine because he was in the middle of an investigation of Biden's son's company and its owner, Zlochevsky. Manufactured evidence.
Kasko, Shokin's top assistant during that time, told Bloomberg:

No pressure against the investigation into Zlochevsky. I believe there was another separate investigation into Burisma itself.
And besides: if there is nothing to hide, Burisma will come out smelling like roses :) So what’s the problem?
