But if they want to pickup a package at the post office, buy beer and cigarettes or cash a check afterwards they’ll need to go back home and get their ID.

There should be a federal law that any ballot that includes federal items can require voter ID.

That won't happen here in MN. MN will sadly elect a nepo baby d-rat as Governor tomorrow. It's possible that MN Republicans could take the Legislature. There are about twice as many Somalis that live in MN, 130-150,000.

I just saw an old white guy, probably late 70's, try to vote, the address on his ID was different from the one they had in the book. He even showed up to the wrong precinct line at first, they let him cut our line. They let him vote anyway and told him to go get his address changed. Was that legal?
The old guy looked a little lost, because he had moved, and I'm positive it was an honest mistake on his part. But suppose his son had the same name as him and he was voting for his son?
I'm all for having proper voter ID, and rules, this seems like a loophole that could be exploited.
