Hadn’t completely disappeared. In fact, Davidson County (Nashville) just went to high transmissible rate. Our building is now mask required. Glad I work mostly remote.

We had a guy at work test positive for Covid and the whole office was like "Covid is still a thing?" Why are people still testing?
Actually, it's going around big time right now. I had it for the first time about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I know about a dozen others who had it since then too. It's incredibly mild though. I had colds that were worse.
I only tested because I walked in my local watering hole with a cough. And everybody was like, "Hey EasterEgg, you have covid... Billy and Jane both have it too. Here's a rapid test."
I responded, "Okay, I'll take it before I leave."
Three hours later... sure enough, positive.

Quit freaking testing.

It was an at-home test. It's not like it was reported to Big Brother.

Went to the doctor today at a local hospital. Sign on the door said masks are recommended but not required. About 1/3 of the folks were maskless. I'm assuming another 1/3 never read the sign.

I haven’t heard the word “vaccine” in months.
I wish that were the case for me. My company is still mandating a "vaccine attestment" to attend in person events and to go into the office.
Better than the vaccine mandate that they'd originally put forth before SCOTUS shot it down. But still really ridiculous given what we all know now.

It'll be back around July/August. Just wait.

Not really. I had it about 2 1/2 weeks ago (for a 2nd time - first time was October, 2020) and it kicked my arse for a couple of days. I'm fine now.
It's gonna be like the seasonal flu now.

Same here. I took both of them in the pack just to be sure. But it's not on record anywhere.

Baloney. You idiots said it would vanish as soon as the election was over. You were wrong. We had far more cases and deaths after the election than before. You are also wrong that covid has vanished. My son’s best friend and his wife have covid right now. One of my co-workers is home sick with covid, and a guy I was supposed to meet last week canceled because he’s stuck in Baku with covid. It hasn’t disappeared, but it has become less deadly, and we’re living with it (I made that decision in April 2020).

insane there are people who legitimately believe the media and bought into this, even after they basically admitted to lying about the origin and the real death count.

Lulz. You're too stupid or brainwashed to realize you just proved the point of the OP.

You are advertising your own stupidity to anyone with enough sense to see it.
The OP said that “we” predicted it would disappear after the election, and it has. EVERYONE knew it would disappear eventually.
