mistakenly deported
It wasn't a mistake. He was correctly deported and should still be out of America.

Courts are frequently wrong. That doesn't change the fact that the Administration has wasted way too much time and money in trying to deport Abrego-Garcia illegally when it would have been so much easier to deport him legally. That should have been done in the FIRST Trump Administration.
Hallelujah! Maybe sanity is starting to prevail..."noting an immigration judge handed down a new ruling Thursday night that purports to be a final order of removal."

This should not be that hard. Something is wrong with this Justice Department. I mean, something was wrong with the last one in a much more sinister way. This one just seems totally incompetent at times.

This seems so incompetent that it makes me wonder if it is intentional. As in - let's keep Abrego Garcia in the news because it polls well.

That's a good theory. It seems to work on this Board.

This is exactly why he should have never been brought back. Stupid fricking decision made based on ego. Now you are wasting time and just giving these clowns attention.

Democrats make it up as they go along.
Notice how no one is still echoing the nonsensical mantra that Trump will "disobey" court orders.

The mistake was bringing him back into the country after he was deported. Done to make a showcase trial of prosecuting him.
So can we get some photos of him getting his margarita at Mexican restaurant. So who is financially supporting him? He has no income from being gainfully employed. Maybe take a look at his tax return HA HAH.
Yes illegal immigrants are required to pay income tax. If he has not filed a return then there are grounds to audit his finances and see where the money is coming from. OK maybe this is thinking outside the box but I tired of this guy getting a free ride and gaming the system.

Admin insists on playing by the rules when the game no longer has rules. Ignore it. Though they wont.

It's futile to try to deal in facts here. So this is probably my last attempt on this subject.
Because of the Trump Administration's decision in 2019 that Abrego-Garcia could not be deported to El Salvador, he could be deported to any country that would take him EXCEPT El Salvador.
In 2025, the Trump Administration swore that it was a mistake to deport him to El Salvador. While they made noise in the media about it was not a mistake, they never amended their sworn declarations/pleadings. The Supreme Court, including all the conservatives, agreed 9-0 that it was a mistake to deport him to El Salvador.
The Administration, however, beat the system by putting Abrego-Garcia beyond the jurisdiction of the US Courts. Then, for some unfathomable reason, they returned Abrego-Garcia to face trafficking charges they never intended to prosecute.
THEN, Abrego-Garcia volunteered to be deported to Costa Rica, which agreed to take him. Instead, to punish Abrego-Garcia, the Administration is holding out in hopes that some African nation will take him.
I think Jim Everett put forward the best theory. The Administration's incompetence in deporting him HAS to be intentional to keep Abrego-Garcia as a political football.

WTF? I thought this dude was already deported to Rwanda or some shite? Why is he still breathing the free American air?

All judges should be voted into office.
At the founding of this country, the vast majority of (almost all) judges were appointed by the governor or the legislature. The notion of electing judges arose with Jacksonian populism. Like most Jacksonian principles, it was a bad idea.

I guess you missed the part where the illegal alien human trafficker gangbanger claimed he couldn't be shipped to any of the 20+ countries we were going to send him to.
Can you explain specifically how it was illegal to ship him to any of those? Don't just quote his lawyer's bullshite excuses. Quote the law that says a person can only be deported to a country that is acceptable to the illegal piece of shite.
You people let Biden bring in 20 million illegals, but you demand we dot every i and cross every t while giving them 20+ court cases to get them the frick out. You are contributing to the destruction of our country because you demand 10x the amount of work to deport someone than letting them in illegally. It's retarded.
How can you people not see that you are ruining the country when you make it so difficult to remove criminals that don't belong here?
Following your "principles" to the detriment of your fellow citizens is something only retards do.

All you need to know about the importance of illegal immigration to the future of the Democrat Party can be witnessed in how much effort they have put into keeping this thug in country.

Because the Administration doesn't want to let him go to Costa Rica.

"Abrego Garcia was returned to the United States in June after a tense legal battle over his wrongful deportation. He was charged by US authorities upon his arrival for allegedly helping to smuggle undocumented immigrants into the country. He has pleaded not guilty and was briefly detained in Tennessee over the charges before being released in August.
But he was immediately taken into custody by immigration officials, and the administration has since been attempting to re-deport him to various African countries he has no ties to.
But as those plans repeatedly fell through this fall, Xinis appeared to grow restless, questioning why the administration didn’t instead deport Abrego Garcia to Costa Rica, which said earlier this year that it would accept him and give him some form of legal status.
Officials “serially ‘notified’ Abrego Garcia – while he sat in ICE custody – of his expulsion to Uganda, then Eswatini, then Ghana; but none of these countries were ever viable options, and at least two had not even been asked to take Abrego Garcia before Respondents claimed supposed removal to each,” the judge wrote in her decision Thursday.
“But Costa Rica had never wavered in its commitment to receive Abrego Garcia, just as Abrego Garcia never wavered in his commitment to resettle there,” Xinis added."

when you are in control of the government house, senate, executive you make the rules. When you control the justice department you decided what rules are enforced. That is how it worked when Biden was in office. The cabinet members and the AG and DA did whatever they pleased. Biden ignored the Supreme Court rulings on Student loans with no repercussions.
