Courts are frequently wrong. That doesn't change the fact that the Administration has wasted way too much time and money in trying to deport Abrego-Garcia illegally when it would have been so much easier to deport him legally. That should have been done in the FIRST Trump Administration.

Can you explain specifically how it was illegal to ship him to any of those? Don't just quote his lawyer's bullshite excuses. Quote the law that says a person can only be deported to a country that is acceptable to the illegal piece of shite.

He was charged by US authorities upon his arrival for allegedly helping to smuggle undocumented immigrants into the country. He has pleaded not guilty and was briefly detained in Tennessee over the charges before being released in August.
