IF a war were to happen, I have a feeling it would be less on party lines and more Woke (aka fascism) vs everyone else.

And the Woke are generally isolated in cities and college campuses, away from general resource controls.
When push comes to shove, the classes will drop all the fake (racist, etc.) hate and unite against their true enemy: the Woke crowd. Signs of that happening are already beginning to appear.

The Civil War has already started. Actually been going on for several years, Cold War style. It remains to be seen what event or when in time the massive bloodshed will begin.

Couple of points:
I don't think they really want to throw Trump in jail. The establishment would love to nail him for taxes and/or process crimes so they can fine him and the portray him as a crook/grifter, if he ever runs again.
Having said that, if they ever overshot that mark and do throw him in jail for nebulous charges that are over-hyped (like insurrection for his speech last night), then you may see some violence. I see more left-wing violence like what happened last summer, because they are always willing to do that. From the right, I see the retribution being more at the ballot box. If the right does get violent, I see someone assassinating a liberal judge or minor politician, more than wholesale rioting and violence.
