That’s my point, Perot hadn’t reached even close to electability and I didn’t vote for him. It would take one who had a sporting chance before I would.

actually he did reach the point of electability and was leading in the polls before he dropped out. The swamp did what it does and got him to drop out with threats....then he said frick it, but was too late.

Of course.

You think democrats are all of a sudden going to start ascribing to logic and reason? They are off the fricking deep end.

A Trump second term would be great, but the reality is that his communication style turns some people off. I would rather have Desantis than Biden or Newsome if Trump somehow loses the election due to his personality traits.

Damn straight, I'll vote for the GOP candidate in 2024.

*provided they don't somehow nominate a Mittens-type candidate.

I would agree that Cruz is reaching his expiration date like a gallon of milk, but he is still mostly conservative, more than almost everyone else.

One of these things is not like the other.

One of these is not like the others, and it pretty much screams that you aren't telling the truth.

Maybe. Maybe not.

I’ll decide based on the candidate’s performance in the primary.

I didn’t vote in 2016. Voted for Trump in 2020.

We’ll see.

If Trump or Desantis win the nomination, I will vote for them. Anyone else, I will have to think about it. Chances of anyone else are very slim, but let's say something happened to Trump and Desantis, who else would be out there as serious contenders?

If the nominee is a Bush, Romney, or McCain type republican then I won’t vote
