That sounds like a pretty serious ‘misdemeanor’.
If two bullshite impeachments against Trump haven’t taught you to recognize a bullshite impeachment, I’m not sure anyone can really help you understand.

It's just a move to bring more attention to activist judges.

Personally I'm in favor of using the full extent of our power and any arguable, borderline, etc. power available to do as much damage to the system that has a decades head start at opposing us.

Now, whether it'll work or backfire are different questions. But this judge is a political actor who started with the desire to derail the President's agenda and then worked backwards. If we have any half-credible basis for moving against him - great, do it. And the same to all the others. Strategic calls will have to be made as to what's a waste of time and what isn't.

I agree something needs to be done about these federal judges overstepping, but I doubt this can pass the house and damn sure won't pass the senate.

Also, it's not something that has a high percentage of success.

This is done through a vote of impeachment by the House and a trial and conviction by the Senate. As of September 2017, only 15 federal judges have been impeached, and only eight have been convicted.

Isn’t that basically what all appeals are ? Now how about the executive branch having powers to determine direction of the country vs the shopped judges that are considered liberal radicals ?

Hank, as you know, and which probably both of us disdain, the impeachment process is mostly political.

That said, it is the conservative view that the blatant misuse of governmental power for strictly partisan power has skyrocketed under the woke (anti-truth) vision of America adopted by the Democrats.

Attempting to check this slide of legitimacy of government by the use of dishonest and naked partisan power, requires that actual abusers of the system be held accountable.

Removal from office for abuse of office is good. Convictions for crimes (ACTUAL crimes) is also a must.

Don't be fooled, that judge is shitting in his pants, there's nothing worse than having several organizations and attorneys going through all of your records and your personal communications.
Anything they find is fair game.

What a ridiculously dumb move on his part. And for what?

Yeah but doesn't it open an avenue for congress to exert some investigative powers? Review call logs for example? There maybe enough there that a judge wouldn't want scrutinized.

Well your dishonesty not knowing the ignorance of AOC & Hank Johnson wasn’t a guess but you lied just the same. Why someone like you come on a platform to back bullshite is perplexing, perfectly good waste of oxygen making that CO2 that libs think is so bad
