How many times does the left and gvt have to bend you over, with no lube, for you to see that there is no such thing as compromise?

That's assuming that he opposes the government "treatment."

Exactly.

NEVER EVER EVER compromise with the Left. They don't compromise back, so why would we ever do this? Tell them to suck our asses and frick off.

They are, it’s the criminal database that is currently used in background checks to find stop felons from purchasing firearms. I’m not saying there should be a database profile on people to identify if someone might be at risk to commit a felony, just if they have already been found guilty of one. That’s already in place.

I stand corrected and concede that well-made point.

The fact that you see people who even contemplate common sense gun reform as “the enemy” and in all caps like a Karen, really says it all.

“Compromise” to most on the left is do exactly what they say and stop bitching or they’ll throw you in jail for years without trial.

After 30 there is enough record of the person within law enforcement databases that a person will not commit a felony so the psych check is not required.

I truly think that if the right doesn’t come up with some compromises on gun legislation to start preventing SOME of these shootings

Let's have start this discussion with this, how are 'these compromises' going to convince criminals to actually follow these new laws. They sure didn't feel like following the current ones, criminal by definition. So imposing yet more restrictions on law abiding citizens' rights is going to solve what exactly?

And you wonder why the first response to more restrictions is "frick off!" ???

The only legislation that would help - would be investing in security in additional security in schools, to include - but not limit referrals to hospitalization for students exhibiting threats of harm to others. You can’t commit a school shooting if you’re in a straight jacket in a padded room - which is where that ferrule animal that killed those kids should have been.

Anything else is bullshite that will do nothing to solve the problem.

About the only thing I can agree with however I think those drugs are highly over prescribed and should be only prescribed by mental health physicians/providers.

If the left can't find a way to put more legal guns on the street and remove the guns from the inner city, then there's really no need to compromise.

The left is going to have to come to the realization that more guns equates to less crime. ...and they're going to have to write a bill that puts more guns and police on the streets, in schools, nursing homes...

Which is oh so true. The next thing you know they are threatening lunch programs if you don’t let confused boys use the girl’s restroom and allowing teachers to talk sex with kids and not include their parents in the conversation.

Super.

My rifles have nothing to do with them, so don't legislate me.
