Whats sad about your post is you cant or wont admit to the absolute hypocrisy of this statement, which is a common characteristic all you liberals have ya'll are always the first to cry wolf. for me, you liberal dicks are just amusing to listen to with the shite you vomit out of your mouth

Will it not lead to discovery?
Discovery is in civil cases. The government has to show Comey their case, but it doesn't work the other way. Comey isn't obligated to provide the government anything

Why do democrats and the media shill so hard for Jim Comey? This guy is supposedly a Republican who single handedly fricked Hillary right out of the White House. Yet every Dem in America is defending this clown today. Why? Is mutual Trump hate all it takes these days? shite, if it wasn’t for him, Trump likely never wins!

In fact, proper dot connecting would lead to the opposite conclusion, because if they had anything real they wouldn't be embarrassing themselves with this case

Would be a shame if he resisted arrest and had his face broken.

True, but the only reason he did that is because he promised congress if there was new information he would brief them. He was covering his own arse. He knew it would come out and if he had held it until after the election it would look pretty bad on him.

Soooo a grand jury of Comey's peers was presented with the evidence, reviewed the statutes and decided there is enough there/there to arrest Comey and force the DA to prepare for trial.
3 pages of comments so far and no one has questioned the veracity of the grand jury.

USSC Decisions Affecting Limits to Free Speech Under the First Amendment:
- Imminent Lawless Action (Brandenburg v. Ohio): Speech that is intended to, and likely to, incite imminent illegal activity is not protected.
- Clear and Present Danger (Schenck v. United States): Speech creating a "clear and present danger"—like falsely shouting "fire" in a theater—is not protected.
- True Threats (Counterman v. Colorado): Statements where the speaker consciously disregarded a substantial risk that the communication would be viewed as threatening are not protected.
That’s only three of several that very well may apply to Comey’s dumbass act under the first amendment, with the “True Threat” decision being the most likely precedent to make it stick.

Indictments aren't a high bar, even with a grand jury, hence the idiom "you can indict a ham sandwich".
Just makes the prior GJ failures that much bigger of a black eye.
