The NY case with Letitia was garbage.
Documents case and J6 with Jack literally took the Supreme Court to rule on novel issues of first impression.
He’s getting his revenge now, but this ticky tack stuff is because he doesn’t have the big stuff he’s been trying to sell some of you.
J6 with Jack had SCOTUS literally create a whole immunity scheme from scratch to guide those types of things in the future.

It would have been awesome if they would have indicted over his interference in the 2016 election possibly leading to the loss of Hillary Clinton. Libs wouldn’t know what to do.

Not true. There are already rulings on how a presidential threat on his life is NOT a protected 1st amendment right
