I was thinking that the Sheriff's dept just wanted to bring out their new toy.. probably doesn't even turn a wheel except maybe twice a year..

Oh, it's absolutely beautiful. And besides, it's not like they have major earthquakes all that often. Of course, there is the occasional fire to worry about. But, with the right type of government in place, couldn't those be controlled through forest management practices?

If California gets hit as bad as I think they will, they're going to have to completely restructure how the state is funded to prevent a run on its taxpayers. That's my hope at least. You can't have a Dem controlled state forever, and more importantly even the progies don't like the high taxes.

Do local sherriffs offices have a big problem with IEDs and ambushes? This is news to me
