Sean Davis is a columnist and the CEO of the conservative outlet The Federalist.
After the verdict came down in the sham NYC Trump trial today, Davis suggested that Republicans need to start creating lists of Democrats to prosecute and send to prison.
quote:
“This is what happens when you cross the Rubicon,” he added.
“If you are a state AG/prosecutor with original criminal jurisdiction, you had better be drafting up charges, indictments, and warrants for every Democrat official involved in this insane, treasonous attack on our entire constitutional republic,” he mused in another post.
Good! Fight fire with fire.

There should be arrests everyday from now until the election

Republicans are not about this life. They don't fight that way.
Rubio was on Sensei's show tonight saying America must fight and do everything possible to make sure another political prosecution never happens again.

This is a really bad idea.

Because that is all that's going to happen here.

The problem with this sort of thing is you actually need evidence for it to work.
While regular people believe accusations pretty easily, courts require you to actually have evidence.
We see this with a lot of the court cases and third party investigations that have been instigated by GOP politicians recently. All the election fraud lawsuits were dismissed because there wasn't any evidence. The accusations about Hillary were dismissed by investigators. Same is true for Biden investigations.that were centered around his son.
The last investigation by a special prosecutor or politically motivated trial that actually found a democrat to have done something wrong was the investigation of Bill Clinton. And that wasn't even a crime related to what was being investigated, but rather the fact Clinton lied about an affair that happened after the investigation began while under oath... because he didn't want to publicly admit to cheating on his wife.
GOP politicians are under the false belief that a BELIEF that something illegal happened is enough. It isn't. You have to find evidence that will hold up in court. And they haven't been able to do that.
Trying to "get even" with democrats won't work unless you have evidence that can be used to convict them. I don't know why they haven't figured this out yet. Trump is a convicted felon not because "democrats went after him". He's a convicted felon because "democrats went after him WITH RECEIPTS".

Be careful, The justice department just might go after you if you believe that and also you commit 34 felonies.

You claim that Joe Biden is a better president than Ronald Reagan. Nothing you say can be taken seriously.

This is the answer. The time for "principles"
is over. Thats basically Neville Chamberlien appeasement. Its time for Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, etc to start prosecuting. Hell give that corrupt judge a summons

No, I didn't claim anything.
I posted a link where experts ranked Biden ahead of Reagan.
The reality is when you look at these ranking over time, you can quite clearly see how the age of those being polled impacts these results. Reagan started out pretty "meh" in the rankings (25-26 in the rankings from the mid-90's). Then as those who were young and most influenced by the Reagan years came into prominence, his ranking went up to as high as 6th. He's been falling since then (now down to 16th). As those influenced by Reagan's Charisma "age out" of the survey and those who don't remember Reagan but instead look at his record rather than his charisma come in, his ranking is falling.
Clinton and Obama have been climbing as time has passed since they were in office. So have George HW Bush and LBJ. On the flip side as time passes some presidents are falling in the rankings. Besides Reagan, Woodrow Wilson, James Polk and Grover Cleveland have dropped, largely due to changing opinions on their actions by those doing the rankings. Wilson in particular gets less credit both from conservatives who are less impressed with his attempts at globalization and liberals who are less impressed with his racial stances.

This is literally a bag of stinking excrement infested with lies. Not one court investigated evidence of election fraud. They avoided ot through technicalities. And Hillary did commit crime even obvious to that imbecile(D) James Comey.

Even if you don't get a conviction, you have drained them of money.
Do it to all of them, especially the moderate dems that stay quiet and go along. Let them reap what their silence has sowed.
And then go after the silent GOPe members.

There were over 60 court cases brought charging election fraud in 2020.
None succeeded.
Most of them were denied for reasons like in Arizona... "failure to meet the evidentiary standard". Basically... they had no evidence.
That's not a technicality. You have to have some kind of evidence to bring a lawsuit. All Trump ever had were theories.
Now the GOP in the house decided to try to go forward without evidence in trying to impeach Biden. They didn't even have a potential charge. They started impeachment proceedings HOPING to find evidence as they went.
They failed to do so.
Real courts don't play that game. You have to have some evidence to bring charges.
On the flip side, people have gone to jail for supporting Trump's bid to overturn the election. Look at the fake electors that supported Trump's claims that he actually won. Those individuals are charged and going to trial... because there's evidence that they were conspiring to break the law to prevent the legally elected president from entering office. They have text messages and other electronic communications that serve as evidence incriminating the fake electors. They also have signed documents as evidence.
Simply put, you have to have evidence. Not having evidence isn't a "bag of stinking excrement infested with lies". It's simply what the courts have said about all of these accusations.
No evidence = no case.
As for Hillary, nobody (not even Trump's justice department) has ever charged her with a crime. She was investigated by Trump's justice department and they found nothing to charge her with.
Why?
No evidence.
