I keep seeing this and it’s the top story on Drudge. Would this even be illegal? I don’t see how it would be however you know the Liberals will go crazy with it.

If Hillary getting her hands on debate questions before the debate isn't illegal, then tampering with some bullshite website's poll isn't illegal.

Drudge is probably making it a bigger issue because Drudge's own polls were one of the ones manipulated. Perhaps Drudge doesn't appreciate that.

It's not illegal, but it's interesting in light of the fact that it was (under)paid in cash (the wal-mart bag was a nice touch). It adds some context, though, to Trump's question to Cohen on Cohen's tape about whether they should make the McDougal payoff in cash. It seems the bag man had access to cash for various "projects". I'm sure Cohen will get lots of questions about this when he goes before House Oversight on Feb. 7.

They talked about this on NPR and the person they were interviewing said it's not illegal but unethical. Even went on to say the prosecutors knew about this but didn't pursue it further.

They're on tape discussing it and the folks at the Enquirer and the Trump Organization CFO were given immunity for their testimony before the grand jury.
