If you read this guys pre-release, then you know he contradicts himself all the time:
- Trump wrote me a check. IGNORE THE MEMO ON THE CHECK and believe me....
- I have no direct knowledge of Trump and Russia, but I suspect (please believe me)
- Trump stated mean things about blacks (I'm convicted for lying to congress, but this time ... I promise I'm not lying)
- Trump didn't tell me to.. that's not how he does it. He just looks DEEEEEP into my eyes, I get a little wet and I automatically know what he wants me to do

All this is is the public rehabilitation of Michael Cohen for the sake of himself and his family. Publicly denouncing Trump as viciously as he can will put him in the good graces with the media and the Leftists and will allow him to get a great book deal when he is out of prison.
