11-year-olds don’t need to be on school overnight trips.

Why has the person who forced it not been put into a coma by the dad?
Maybe he has enough sense not to ruin his and his daughter’s life while he’s in jail.
If the dad wanted some justice and he was smart enough, the person who forced it would die in a random act of violence like a street mugging.

Parents need to stop sacrificing their kids to government schools so they can have a bigger house, newer cars, more things.

Makes me skeptical of this story
If they're suing im sure they are aware that there would have to be some sort of investigations into their claims. Also, this is in CO. A top hub for liberal amd woke ideology, i'd bet a paltry sum that their story checks out.
Im also interested in knowing what kind of school trips 11 year-olds are taking that overnight hotel stays are part of the equation and what the chaperone situation is. My child has cheer camps and things like this, but they weren't technically school trips.

Didn't this happen quite a while back, but the parents were struggling to try and get a lawsuit actually heard by the court?
I seem to distinctly remember typing out the suffering I would have inflicted upon school admin if they had done that to one of my daughters.
I hope the parents get generationally wealthy from a settlement, to the point that their daughter can spend her entire life devoted to advocating mental illness awareness and standing up against the "TQIAP+" faction of the Rainbow Warlocks and Witches.

I read it, it doesn't really go into any details about either of my questions except where the trip was to and the fact that the mom was a chaperone.
