In all honesty, I don't so when Europe could ever spend $250 billion on energy per year, including all of its natural gas sourced, all of its oil and refined products and all of its nuke fuel. Even throw in oil field/refinery services and techology.

Just in the past week, regulations and tariffs removed from 3 of our biggest trading partners, who notoriously have been protectionist against our car and agricultural exports over the years. Oh, and trillions in investment, hundreds of billions in pledges to buy American energy, and commitments to spend trillions on defense (which a large chunk will go to American defense contractors)

Perhaps if Obama and Hillary hadn’t plotted a coup, Trump may have been able to start quicker. It wasn’t until mid-2019 that Trump was finally able to start implementing his agenda and cutting regulations.
