That’s my only hope with this is that all the rinos get outed and musk’s pact primaries all of them.

I think I hate RINOs more than liberal white women & white dudes for Harris, (who you can dismiss or drown out the screeching with a tv remote). My disgust is even further deepened when you contrast of the almost perfect alignment/voting-solidarity of Congressional Democrats.
RINOs remind me of Samuel L. Jackson's sell-out character from Django. They are the worst, bc they can actually effect change on their own constitutes with the power of their decisions and can't be dismissed.

The 5K limit a day "could" trigger a stop.
It was also for "contiguous" countries. Meaning the vast majority coming from the other 190 countries would not count against the 5K limit. So if they flew or walked to Mexico and crossed but were from Central America, it would not count against the 5K.

I'm skeptical of Sen. Lankford.

Can the DNI ban guns and vote on abortion.......or can they stop the nonsense going on in all our intel agencies?????
I really never thought to ask my dentist or mechanic about his personal views.

Did you see the opening of Meet the Press. It was a 10 minute slam of Trump's cabinet picks before they even brought in one guest.

Her batshit views on energy policy could affect many of her decisions as a cabinet member.
Shes fully anti Nuclear energy which is so dumb.

Nah. The process was set up by the Founders for the Senate to confirm the cabinet.
Nah, the senators were supposed to be chosen by state legislatures. These assholes are not what the founders had in mind. This is a glorified House.

To be fair she would be the least qualified DNI in history.
Based on what?
I have a feeling what you think are qualifications are what I would consider disqualifications.

This Lurch -looking bitch is a pure RINO! Everytime a democrat would use his bill to say, "see, we had a solution to the border problem but Trump had his MAGA folks kill it", he should've answered with a press conference and spoke the truth about the bill and what it would have done. But he didn't, so I find him just as guilty about the border problem than the evil, incompetent democrats!

GOP Senator James Lankford is skeptical of voting for Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation as Director of National Intelligence, says he has a “lot of questions”
Why is Lankford’s opinion so upsetting to y’all? It’s crazy that everybody on PT feel Gabbard should be a slam dunk/rubber stamp confirmation. He’s right to have questions. I also find it humorous that people are disgusted that Langford is a RHINO [sic], but are unfazed that Gabbard was a dimocrat less than a month ago.

Tulsi is a Democratic Socialist.
Hopefully she will prove that she was a Democratic Socialist. Many people swapped horses in this last election. I think we need to let her prove that she did too. Trump can always can her if she doesn't work out. After he went through numerous staff personnel his last go round I suspect his appointments will get the message this go round.

What are the statutory requirements for the position?
All that matters
I guess that means you'd support Kamala Harris being nominated for DNI??

Muh Founders also made the Senate a non-direct vote chamber, meaning the state legislators used to appoint them. This “check” was supposed to be so the states wouldn’t be curbstomped by a new administration looking to consolidate federal power. That’s not the case anymore and this is not really a check anymore because senators are chosen by the same people who chose the president. I personally did not vote for Dave McCormick to hold up Trump’s cabinet picks, I doubt many Oklahoma residents did either with this cuck. I’m tired of hearing this argument and want Trump to just do recess appts as a giant frick you to over zealous senators who, in my opinion, have been unconstitutionally elected for the last 100+ years.

There was an amendment to change the election of Senators.

There needs to be an easier way to recall these assholes with their 6 year terms.
