Kyle Seraphin is obnoxious. I'm not vouching for him. If you have the time and interest, though, this segment with FBI whistleblower, Steve Friend, is very informative.
It asks most of the right questions. I hope DOJ answers them.
Friend's theory is that they got Cole on a "worse" charge, such as kiddie porn, and offered this as an out. Both of them think that this was the Deep State's response to the Blaze reporting that connected the Capitol Police to the pipe bomb.
Highlights:
-How does Shauni Kerkhoff afford a $1,000 an hour Deep State attorney?
-Critical part of the charges is that the devices were actually bombs. No indication of how suspect acquired the "bomby" part of the bomb
-there were only 186 phones pinged in relevant time and place, why would the investigation take 9 months?
-photos of Cole show arms/legs ratio which don't match pipe bomber video...nice to have any video of Cole walking...neighbor of Cole who has watched him walking his dog hundreds of times says "no way" Cole is the person in pipe bomber video
-where are the images of pipe bomber getting out/into vehicle?
-where are pings going back and forth to house in Virginia?
