The IC planned for Hillary to win the election and have complete control over her with blackmail. The Clintons are some of the dirtiest motherfrickers on the planet and the IC spies on anyone it wants so this is not hard to believe.

People like the Clintons were all but ecstatic to play ball in this game. They got close to being billionaires doing so. Getting the illusion that would actually be “in charge” for a spell is just the cherry on top.
