You don't think our Coast Guard couldn't arrest them when they got in US waters?
The overwhelming majority of these boats aren't bound for the US and will never be in US waters. They're going to various Caribbean islands, per Trump's own DEA reports.

only congress can declare war and they have not done it so bombing these guys illegal. We killed terrorists in the same way but war was actually declared…
Congress hasn’t declared a war since 1941. They pretty much voted all of their responsibility for foreign policy away decades ago.

If we want to capture them for interrogation and intelligence reasons then fine. But it’s doubtful that the low level drug runners on the speed boats know anything of real value so their lives aren’t really worth much.
You need to be telling that to the USCG and Navy baws who continue to arrest them every day.

Is there due process for the American victims who are murdered by fentanyl? It’s amazing how much these arse clowns care more about foreign criminals than Americans.

It appears we have learned. Instead of conducting a law enforcement operation and attempting prohibition like we did in the 20’s we’re actually starting to kill people funneling poison into our country.
No different than the previous failed prohibition. See Rum Row and the mafia power that was accumulated during that period.
Or our attempts to exterminate the poppy fields in Afghanistan...

Well I’m not in charge so I doubt they’ll listen to me. It appears that those who are in charge decide to arrest some and kill other based on the intelligence they have though.

Really? You don’t see any difference?

Well then…FCUK em. They’re getting what they deserve

Well by definition “victims” don’t ever get due process. That’s reserved for those accused of crimes by the criminal justice system. And I take issue with the use of the word murdered. They were addicts that made bad choices and died.
That being said, there’s no reason we can’t kill the guys bringing in the poison.

Not at all. In fact, black marketeers are much smarter and much more responsive than governments. Its a much bigger challenge today.

Historically yes. But that precedent was set when we were going at them with police and trials. Now we’re just killing them. It remains to be seen what the outcome will because it’s never been tried.
It needs to be greatly expanded to have the desired effect IMO though.

Yet none of you fricks can tell me or anyone else what’s illegal and unconstitutional about it. Who’s the fricking minion now by parroting fake news media bullshite?
Posted on 12/7/25 at 5:17 pm to phutureisyic
Yeah I really don’t know where the unconstitutional argument comes in to play here.

BUT!
A man does not become a woman, just because he calls himself one.
He may well be looking/acting like one, but he ain’t a woman.

“Provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty.”
Seems in line with the founders vision of our country.
Defending against the flood of fentanyl killing our citizens.
Promoting general welfare by reducing the supply of drugs and people running drugs.
Securing the blessings of liberty by reducing crime and addiction.

We were killing mobsters 100 years ago too.
They'll just adjust their methods. The cocaine here comes through the Mexican border via highway.
They;'re wiser and more motivated than our politicians and bureaucrats.

Not like this lol. And we were mostly arresting them.

As I said. I support killing them in Mexico too.

You’re probably right. But I still support a violent military campaign against all the cartels. Hell, the politicians and bureaucrats could steal more money from seized cartel money than they could from anything else if they really wanted to.

The click bait these people use in their posts gets tiresome. "From the top rope!" and "Scorched Earth!" and "Eviscerates!". For the love of GOD, these people are just responding. I'd have watched anyway even if she just typed out "check out his excellent response".

No. A chihuahua does not become a pit bull, just because you call him one.
He may well be a vicious little fricker, but he ain’t a pit bull.
But yet in your (Hank's) view a man can magically become a woman because the man claims to be a woman. Figured a 'lawyer' like you would know better than get caught such as this.
And as another poster pointed out on another thread - based on your posting history regarding tranny threads - there has to be a few nightgowns in your closet.
