She's 100% right. She made a great case.
Unfortunately, it wasn't the case she thinks. HER worth to a company or organization isn't what she thinks it is. And it's not anyone's fault but her own.

How would she know she was the lowest paid? If the places she was employed didn’t use a pay scaled salary model, then they were all independently negotiated contracts. I doubt she had access to all of them.

Hell, just yesterday someone on here made the ridiculous argument that Biden's press secretary KJP was far superior to Karoline Leavitt simply based on resume. Sorry, but you should almost never judge anyone based on simply what's contained on a piece of paper (And I received two "pieces of paper" beyond high school, in case anybody thinks this is a sour grapes comment from somebody who barely earned a GED).
Anybody with an IQ above room temperature could watch KJP and Karoline Leavitt for 10 minutes each and be able to ascertain that KL is a much, much more capable person than KJP could even dream of being.
A resume is one factor, but it isn't even close to being the whole story. Jimmy Carter was both intelligent and well-educated but he was a TERRIBLE PRESIDENT mainly becaiuse his leadership skills were below average. Imo, how someone's skill set matches up with the requirements of a particular job is really the most important factor.
I wouldn't even hire the woman in this video. Terrible attitude, subpar grammar skills (that's an important factor for a so-called journalist), too loud, and appears to have a perpetual victim mindset. As a job applicant, assuming her true nature shone thru in the interview process, she would be a "hard pass" by me.

I’m tired of the bullshite. We just had an air tragedy because DEI bullshite resulted in a shortage of qualified ATCs because they couldn’t hire white guys, but they are still bitching about how stacked the deck is against them.
