Most employers are looking for a good crew of combative know-it-alls. Especially those that will break every rule, repeatedly show up late, if at all, then sue when reprimanded for their bad behavior.

She probably was the least paid. I believe her, but the reason had nothing to do with the color of her skin. Probably because of her abilities and attitude. She's not a victim. She's responsible for her own reality.

Sounds like she armed herself with degrees. That’ll certainly open up opportunities for most anyone (assuming the degrees are in practical fields of study that a potential hiring business can actually find value).

This isn't limited to race but it is limited to gender. Just about every female that I have ever met feels like she is worth more than her true value. Every single one.

Maybe if she talks with her hands more and wags that finger with more vigor, she'll get that pay raise she deserves with all that education she has.

Even though I'm a very highly educated person, college degrees should be reserved and limited to industry-specific occupations. Student loans should not be available for any other subjects.
