Not surprised. Her culture doesn't look on domestic violence and child molestation the same way. DOn't believe me? Go sit through a day of docket calls in Hinds County Circuit Court and see how many cases are dismissed because no one wants to press charges.

Which is something that incredibly likely didn't happen here, hence the statement by this lady. There was an incident here in Jacksonville a couple months back, dude following chick through a store, rubbing one out fully covered, but never exposed himself.
