Where is that not illegal

From Grok, did not check accuracy

Lewd or lascivious exhibition (§ 800.04(7)) specifically criminalizes intentionally masturbating (or exposing genitals in a lewd manner, etc.) in the presence of a person under 16. That is a felony. It does not apply to adults alone in private.

Not surprised. Her culture doesn't look on domestic violence and child molestation the same way. DOn't believe me? Go sit through a day of docket calls in Hinds County Circuit Court and see how many cases are dismissed because no one wants to press charges.

We have another black mayor outside of Houston who was busy exposing himself in public, got arrested, got released and is still hosting city meetings.

Which is something that incredibly likely didn't happen here, hence the statement by this lady. There was an incident here in Jacksonville a couple months back, dude following chick through a store, rubbing one out fully covered, but never exposed himself. It's not actually against the law to be creepy af like that.

By her logic, if you get caught exposing yourself in public, just start jacking it... Problem solved...

So indecent exposure and contributing to the delinquency of a minor are no longer crimes?

DeSantis removed her once already. She then won reelection.

Reminds me of a couple months ago when some drunk Baw pissed all over a some man and his young daughter at one of those bro country concerts. The cops didn’t give a shite at all and said the guy didn’t break the law.

I would be shocked to discover this is legal anywhere in the United States, or throughout the world for that matter.

Relax. We’re not going to see a new tidal wave of literal jerk-offs flooding our parks and playgrounds. Whatever that

We are not the same.

The referenced incident:
quote:

The incident: According to the letter, a father stated that his two-year-old son saw the man, later identified as Chapman, masturbating for about five minutes. Video and photographic evidence reportedly showed Chapman with his hand down his pants in front of several other children. The park manager also confirmed seeing Chapman expose himself. Lack of action: Uthmeier stated that Worrell’s office not only failed to pursue pretrial detention but also declined to charge Chapman, claiming the case was “not suitable for prosecution.” The charge: The letter noted that Florida Statute § 800.04(1)(a) provides that a person who intentionally masturbates or exposes genitals in a lewd manner “in the presence of a victim who is less than sixteen years of age” commits lewd or lascivious exhibition.

Another bad one:

quote:

The letter also addressed the case of Thomas L. Dolgos, who was arrested on June 4. Law enforcement executed a search warrant and found dozens of videos allegedly showing the rape and sexual abuse of infants and toddlers on Dolgos’ laptop. Dolgos, according to the letter, admitted to possessing content depicting naked children. Office of Statewide Prosecution intervention: Uthmeier’s Office of Statewide Prosecution, or OSP assumed authority over the case on June 10 and filed a 12-count information charging Dolgos with enhanced possession of child pornography. The dismissal: Despite the OSP taking control, an attorney from Worrell’s office inexplicably dismissed all charges against Dolgos on July 10, and his bond was discharged.

She supports child abuse.

If a man with a job flirts with a coworker, it’s sexual harassment, which should be punishable via firing, jail time, and being permanently listed as a registered sexual offender.

If a homeless man publicly master-baits in broad daylight in front of young children, “all things that are wrong are not illegal.”

Give me a f$&king break!

And yet, conservatives like you are still looking for any excuse to not get out and vote against them.

For some reason, you guys just can't make the connection between these policies you don't like and the people who would implement them.

She is the state attorney where I live - when she originally ran years ago she was backed by soros and the platform was less arrests amd trials for the poor downtrodden. She won because Orlando is a sewer for liberals - downtown has basically been ruined

She got booted by DeSantis for not prosecuting amd ran for re-election and won.

She also just came out amd is investigating DeSantis amd his wife amd Ashley Moody for the alleged "missing" 10 million

She is a POS

Strange way to confirm you never leave the house or travel anywhere at all.
