Bannon went to jail for 4 months. To date Republicans haven't shown a spine when it comes to contempt. I doubt they grow one to stick a former President in jail.

Did one of his attorneys really say that?
If so, what does it mean - that the subpoena was improperly issued or that it is properly issued but there is no enforcement mechanism?
