I think it shouldn’t be difficult to conclude that the meaning in this context is involvement in the nefarious and/or illegal sexual activities that everyone else in the world is talking about. Not to impugn anyone specifically, but I can sense that some folks are having a great deal of trouble with this, be it by intentional or unintentional ignorance.

I don't know why people continue to give this low IQ poster, along with VOR, all of this attention.
If they can't get Trump, they don't care. This same poster supports a party that openly grooms kids, transitions kids, then resorts to violence if you don't cooperate. He then calls you a "cult" member after his party worships at the feet of violent killers.
