He is shifting from a Russian collusion investigation to a search-and-destroy mission targeting the entire Trump Campaign. No campaign has ever been subject to that level of scrutiny. Imagine the country's woes if Nixon had JFK's campaign targeted that way. The fact RMN wouldn't even go there speaks volumes as to how filthy such a move on Mueller's part would be.
If he's allowed to continue, the amount of collective money alone which Trump Campaigners will need to lay down in defense against unfettered SC attacks is breathtaking.

This absolutely needs to be stopped with a vengeance - this kind of 'law enforcement' should be rooted out and made a display of - Anyone could be targeted with financial destruction if they have an opposing political view - or even want a change in leadership from a party they agree with.
Only a tryranny could support such an implement of 'law' enforcement - this is flat out thought policing.

Two other crew members on the same sub were caught taking photos in the same locations as the guy who got jail time, but were not prosecuted, only disciplined by the Navy.
