Make the men watch the kids.

are you watching trial? i heard someone say the defense wants to poll the jury. i don;t think that is allowed, even in MAss, given that there is no verdict, but i am wondering if that is what they are trying to do
I'm not for ruining innocent people's lives, but the jurors names all need to be made public.
If they're doxed... oh well.

I doubt anyone actually believes this, in those terms.
Make no mistake, whether if it's by abortion up to full term or murder after birth, 99.999% of all women are ok with no responsibility taken by the murderer(s).

How does someone even come to hold beliefs like this?

You do realize jury duty is compulsory and NO ONE chose to be there?

haven't given my opinion on Clancy's guilt or innocence. I'm grateful I don't have to make that determination. It's a very tragic situation, regardless of the outcome of any trial.
That answer tells us all how you’d be in on that jury. Not surprising.

I haven't kept up with the trial. I don't know anything about what evidence has been presented, which is why I haven't opined about guilt or non-guilt.

Coming from a state that just signed into law abortions up to birth, I'm surprised there wasn't a unanimous Not Guilty verdict

Hoping for some natural justice because there probably won't be any legal justice

Ahhh, the cowardly way out. Fitting.

If a solider came back from war and had PTSD would he be allowed to get away with this? You would never see any men cheering him on because most men realize there needs to be accountability.

Yes!
She stays locked up and the prosecution gets the chance to not frick up the next trial.
If Clancey isn't insane (she's not) they should get a plea deal while they can.

I bet the retrial goes differently, if the state chooses to pursue.
The state owes it to those three kids to retry her.

Yep, and notice those same voices apparently didn't tell her to kill herself.

How do you even begin to assemble an unbiased jury for the next go round? Venue change wouldn't help at all.

Yeah, kids don't get hormone defenses either. Strange how only people affected by a particular condition would be affected by that condition... I guess?
I am confused by a mother acting like childbirth is inconsequential and doesn’t dramatically alter the physiology of women who give birth. I’m not sure what the benefit is of pretending childbirth is no big deal and can’t have detrimental effects on women.
