Civil War II - What would it look like

It’s hard to imagine how this would work in a country so advanced as today’s USA but it almost feels inevitable

Kind of how it looks now, except the gov will be involved.
Right now, hate speech is make believe, but those who go against a set narrative from the left.. is accused of hate speech, and the left try to destroy their lives and the lives of their families.
Corporations, social media, schools, the rampant mob...enforce their unwritten rule of hate speech.
Plenty of Democrat politicians have brought up the idea of creating hate speech laws. If a law like that ever passes, then wrongthinkers will be imprisoned by the gov. That will be The start of the civil war, but it will mainly just be wrongthinkers being beat and imprisoned.
If the 2A is fricked with, then I can see the military using the gun registry to go door to door and take guns by force. Which will lead to a lot of dead civilians and dead military.
It will be nearly impossible to fight against that kind of oppression. When your neighbors can easily call and turn you in for wrongthink. There will be no foreign countries stepping in to help, because they don't want to anger the #1 superpower in the world.
All in all, even though I say a civil "war", it probably won't be a war, it'll just be pure oppression of wrongthinkers...and people who can't be indoctrinated.

It'd require door to door searches. Imagine Afghanistan type raids in cities but x10000 times harder. It'll never happen. We aren't close to a civil war

Wouldn't be territorial. One side would have to round up the other and put them into camps.
Sort of like the communists and marxists did in the Soviet Union, North Korea, etc. They'd attempt to do that here as well.

I once thought civil war would be inevitable. We are too far apart on an agreed upon vision for America.
I thought this would lead to bloodshed and actual warlike tactical strategies in small communities. Battles fought to hold or regain territory.
Not sure I believe this anymore given what I’m watching materialize.
There won’t be a war.
How could there be given what the left has and will accomplish via -
Stealing elections
Indoctrination into their worldview in our education system
Indoctrination by the media in every living room
Indoctrination by storytelling in Hollywood
Controlling all means of communication
Corruption and infiltration of the military and church
They will change the laws of this land without a shot.

I think Civil War II will be cold and I think it has already started.
Our cities have been largely taken over by Marxists. Cities have been abandoned by rational people and it has allowed a takeover that most people just could not fathom before this.
Look at the cities across the South - Atlanta, Birmingham, Jackson, Nashville, et. al. All of them have been bat shite crazy in 2020.
Those of us in our suburban and rural comfort zones sit back and watch and are thankful we don't live amongst that riff raff, but there is a day coming where the cities will be inhabitable.
I'll speak of Jackson, which I think is 20 years ahead of other cities in the South in its death spiral.
Outside of a small area around the medical and academic corridor, Jackson is dead. Run down buildings,

There is no tax base. There are drugs everywhere. The school district is in shambles. And everyone still in Jackson blames those who left.
