Unfortunately in politics you must also win in the court of public opinion. Let the public know of what they did and then move on from there. Keeping a majority in the house and senate is paramount.

That is probably true - but he had the imprimatur of POTUS so he is legally liable for any crime committed in that position.
I've never thought BHO had the oomph to have been the originator of any ideas at all - what has he ever done besides organize protests in marginally bankrupt communities and pull dirty tricks to get 'elected'.
He has a marginal gift of gab - but that would crumble into mockery if he had to face an oppositional media. His every move has been made by dishonest means - seemingly with no regard for any repercussions.
To me this means that he really is a 'plant' - someone is funding him and providing the runway for his advancement.
On his own, he couldn't run a lemonade stand.

Maybe. Believe me I want to see prosecutions and convictions too but the truth nowadays is that the process IS the punishment. That's the rules to the game they created. Now, we get to play it the same way. I don't like it but TBH, that may be the only way to make it stop.
